Due to the nature of our products; we are currently not accepting returns unless it was a mistake on our part. We describe all our items with complete honesty and integrity, providing actual product photos and a clear description of the item offered for sale.

Because of this and the fact that we sell our items almost half of the cost of major retail stores, we are so confident that you will be satisfied with your order that we sell as-is with no return policy.

Please purchase items with the size of your pet in mind; all products are listed with size descriptions, colors and item type. If you are unsure of your purchase for any reason, please contact us before continuing check-out.

In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving product for instructions.
